Cyclofluidic On-line Assays

Cyclofluidic has developed and integrated two on-line assay technologies: a microfluidic flow based assay and an on demand batch assay. The former gives the advantage of extremely low reagent consumption where protein is scarce, the later allows very rapid assay transfer where a high throughput plate based assay is in place. Figure 1 shows assays we have developed for the platform with collaborators to date.

Automated Make and Screen of Imatinib

Imatinib is the active ingredient in the cancer drug Gleevec® and is an inhibitor of abl kinase. The molecule was synthesised, purified and screened on the Cyclofluidic Integrated Discovery Platform using our on-line batch based abl kinase assay. The results are shown in Figure 2.
